At Riwayat, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We request you to please drop us a mail at support@riwayatstudio.in
Exchange Policy
1) We offer size exchanges on all full-priced items.
2) Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
3) The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
4) Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will dispatch the new size within 7 working days, subject to availability. (This could take 20-25 working days)
Return Policy
1) Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
2) Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
3) Shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer.
Return and refund can take 20-25 days from the day of the pickup of the product.
Please note :
- We offer an exchange for an outfit only once. An outfit that has already been exchanged will not be eligible for a second exchange or return.
- For COD orders, the COD/shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
Please login to your account on our website and you can place a return request of the desired outfit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
